This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by DigiCrafts Media ("we," "us," or "our"). It supplements the terms of your Service Agreement, which takes precedence where there is a conflict.
DigiCrafts Media provides professional, customized digital marketing services. Much of our work involves strategy, labor and third-party costs that are incurred as soon as work begins. As a result, fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
Deposits, onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable, as they reserve our team's time and cover initial work such as audits, research and strategy.
Project fees are tied to milestones. If you cancel mid-project, you are responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any deposit is applied toward that work and is non-refundable.
Amounts paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) as media/ad spend are controlled by those platforms and are not refundable by DigiCrafts Media. Management fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, or there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, may issue a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
